Scholar and Educator is the peer-reviewed,
refereed journal of the Society for Educators and Scholars. It is currently
in its twenty-ninth year of continuous publication with Volume XXIX. It is
truly interdisciplinary in that articles of merit are published from all academic
and non-academic disciplines.
Many notable scholars have been published in Scholar and Educator. Examples
include Henry Steele Commager, the Pultzer winning American historian and co-author
of The Growth of the American Republic, and Sir John C. Eccles, Nobel Laureate in
Physiology, whose artice "The Mystery of Personal Existence" opened a new chapter
in research and inquiry. Senior scholars are blended with junior colleagues
in the pages of the journal.
